The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) stacked folding wing with a trailing edge control surface, and belongs to the field of novel UAVs, the unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a fuselage connecting structure, an inner side half wing, an outer side half wing, a compression nut, a torsion spring and a locker, the inner side half wing and the outer side half wing are sequentially connected to the fuselage connecting structure in a sleeving manner; the two half wings are coaxially stacked and connected with the fuselage connecting structure through the compression nut, the half wing close to the fuselage is an inner side half wing, the other half wing is an outer side half wing, the two half wings provide rotating force through the torsion spring, and position locking is achieved through the locker; according to the invention, the blank of special-layout patrol flight unmanned aerial vehicles, especially stacked folding wings with trailing edge control surfaces, is filled up.
