The invention discloses a wing folding mechanism, an unmanned aerial vehicle and a wing folding method of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The wing folding mechanism comprises a fixing part, a folding part, an elastic hinge assembly, a first locking part and a second locking part. One end of the elastic hinge assembly is connected to the end part of the fixed part, and the other end of the elastic hinge assembly is connected to the fixed end of the folding part; the first locking part is mounted on the fixing part, and the second locking part is mounted on the folding part; when the folding part is folded on the fixing part, the second locking part is locked on the first locking part, and the elastic piece on the elastic hinge assembly is in an elastic deformation state. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises the wing folding mechanism. The fixed part is an inner wing, the folding part is an outer wing, one end of the fixed part away from the elastic hinge assembly is connected with a fuselage, and the folding axis of the outer wing is perpendicular to the extension direction of the leading edge of the wing. The folding structure solves the problems that in the prior art, a folding structure is large in weight and installation space.
