The invention relates to the field of charging load regulation and control, in particular to a power distribution network electric vehicle charging load regulation and control method which comprises the steps of collecting load data and a charging request; uploading the electric vehicle request and the charging data to a dispatching center; acquiring load information in the area, calculating charging starting time of a user and selecting a charging station; the user accepts scheduling and is guided to go to the nearest charging station for charging; if dispatching is not accepted, the user selects a charging time accepting range, and the dispatching center calculates charging starting time of the electric vehicle user and a selection result of the optical storage charging station and feeds back to the user; and the dispatching center updates power distribution network load information and the state of the charging station. According to different requirements of different users of the electric vehicle, the optimal charging time and the charging station are matched, and the electric vehicle with the charging requirement in the power distribution network is guided to the selected charging station for charging at the optimal charging starting time, so that the charging load of the power grid is reduced, and the reliability and the safety of the power grid are improved.

    本发明涉及充电负荷调控领域,具体涉及一种配电网电动汽车充电负荷调控方法,包括采集负荷数据和充电请求;将电动汽车请求及充电数据上传至调度中心;获取区域内负荷信息,计算用户开始充电时间以及充电站的选取;用户接受调度、引导用户前往最近的充电站进行充电;不接受调度,用户选取接受充电时间范围,调度中心计算电动汽车用户开始充电时间以及光储充电站的选取结果,反馈给用户;调度中心更新配电网负荷信息以及充电站的状态。发明通过根据电动汽车不同用户的不同需求,匹配最优充电时间以及充电站,将配电网内有充电需求的电动汽车在最优开始充电时间下引导至选取的充电站进行充电,从而降低电网的充电负荷,提高电网的可靠性和安全性。
