The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging/discharging load regulation and control method based on charging station access capacity regulation, which comprises the following steps: 1) acquiring original data, and predicting the charging/discharging demand of an electric vehicle; 2) analyzing the operation state of the system, selecting or calculating to determine the regulation and control target of the charging/discharging load of the charging/discharging station, the system comprising an electric power system, a traffic system and an electric power-traffic coupling system, and the regulation and control target of the charging/discharging load comprising the economical efficiency target, the safety target and the operation index of the system and the charging/discharging load curve or the characteristic of each charging/discharging station; 3) determining the time-varying access capacity of each charging/discharging station according to the regulation and control target, namely allowing the charging/discharging station to inject or extract the maximum value of power from the power grid at different moments; and 4) the operator issues the accessible capacity of the charging/discharging stations to the charging/discharging stations and the electric vehicle users, so that the charging/discharging load of the electric vehicle is guided, regulated and controlled. Safe and economical operation of the power system can be guaranteed.
本发明基于充电站接入容量调节的电动汽车充/放电负荷调控方法,包括步骤:1)获取原始数据,预测电动汽车充/放电需求;2)分析系统运行状态,选取或计算确定充/放电站充/放电负荷的调控目标,系统包括电力系统、交通系统以及电力‑交通耦合系统,充/放电负荷调控目标包括系统的经济性目标、安全性目标、运行指标以及各充/放电站的充/放电负荷曲线或其特性;3)根据调控目标,确定各充/放电站时变的接入容量,即不同时刻允许其从电网注入或抽取功率的最大值;4)运营商向各充/放电站、电动汽车用户发布充/放电站可接入容量,实现电动汽车充/放电负荷的引导、调控。本发明能够保障电力系统的安全、经济运行。
