The invention discloses a general battery swap control system and method based on a commercial vehicle battery swap station, and relates to the technical field of battery swap stations. The method comprises the following steps: S1, radar detects entering of a vehicle, a measuring light curtain feeds back data to a system in real time, and the system judges whether the vehicle is a vehicle battery box; s2, the system converts the data into a vehicle animation, displays the vehicle animation on a power conversion channel display, and prompts a driver to adjust the vehicle through a sound box; s3, after the vehicle stops, the system starts a battery replacing program, the position of a battery box is calculated, and the battery replacing robot is controlled to move; s4, the system controls the lifting appliance to move downwards, the vehicle battery box is grabbed, and the position P1 of a lifting motor is recorded; s5, the lifting appliance moves upwards, and the battery box is carried into the station; and S6, the lifting appliance is replaced with a fully-charged battery, the lifting appliance ascends after installation is completed, and battery replacement is completed. The system is suitable for different vehicle battery boxes, provides real-time feedback, realizes accurate positioning, reduces manual intervention, enables the battery replacement process to be smoother, and prevents operation errors.

    本发明公开了一种基于商用车换电站的通用换电控制系统及方法,涉及换电站技术领域;步骤S1:雷达检测车辆进入,测量光幕实时反馈数据至系统,系统判断是否为车辆电池箱;步骤S2:系统将数据转换为车辆动画,显示在换电通道显示器上,并通过音响提示司机调整车辆;步骤S3:车辆停止后,系统启动换电程序,计算电池箱位置,控制换电机器人移动;步骤S4:系统控制吊具向下运动,抓取车辆电池箱,记录升降电机位置P1;步骤S5:吊具向上运动,搬运电池箱至站内;步骤S6:吊具更换满电电池,安装完成后上升,完成换电。该系统适用于不同车辆电池箱,提供实时反馈,实现精准定位,减少了人工干预,使换电流程更流畅,预防操作失误。
