    本发明涉及悬挂系统技术领域,公开了一种叉车自适应悬挂与减震装置,包括:车桥,车桥中间贯穿并转动连接有车轴,车轴一端安装有车轮;悬挂结构,悬挂结构设置于车桥顶部,悬挂结构包括减震弹簧一、液压缸和三通管,车桥顶部设置有液压缸,液压缸顶部安装有减震弹簧二,液压缸外壁套设有减震弹簧一;本发明中,通过减震弹簧一与减震弹簧二一起减震,增强减震能力,当活塞挤压触碰杆时,触碰杆触碰开关使液压泵工作,此时通孔与三通管的上管道相对应,液压泵将液压油通过三通管泵入液压缸内,使活塞杆带动减震弹簧一拉伸,使其长度增加,可压缩距离增加,避免悬挂系统过度压缩影响车辆行驶稳定性以及驾驶员的舒适性。
