The mounting frame is connected with the vehicle supporting legs through the multi-connecting-rod structure and the hydraulic cylinder, so that the mounting frame can move up and down in the vertical direction, the effect that the front wheels swing up and down to adapt to the bottom face is achieved, on one hand, when a vehicle runs to an uneven road surface, the wheels on the two sides can automatically move up and down to make full contact with the ground, and the vehicle is more stable; the stability of the whole vehicle driving posture is kept; and on the other hand, a driver can adjust the telescopic stroke of the hydraulic cylinder so as to adjust the swing amplitude of the vehicle body, so that the operation comfort can be improved and the driving fatigue can be reduced while the tire load and abrasion are reduced and the tire service life is prolonged.
