The invention relates to the technical field of AGV devices, in particular to an omni-directional forklift AGV device. The omni-directional forklift AGV device comprises a drive unit, a rear wheel steering drive motor, a speed reducer, active steering modules, a power transmission shaft, a side face automatic charging module and a forklift frame. The drive unit is mounted at the middle position ofa plate body of the forklift frame. Mounting plates extending outwards are arranged at the positions, close to the two sides, of the rear end of the forklift frame, the two mounting plates cooperatewith the forklift frame to form a U shape, and the corresponding active steering module is mounted on each mounting plate. The rear wheel steering drive motor is mounted on the plate body of the forklift frame, and transmission force of the rear wheel steering drive motor is connected to the active steering modules through the speed reducer and the power transmission shaft in a linkage manner. Theside face automatic charging module is mounted on the forklift frame, and a mounting rack and an electric conduction sheet are arranged on one side of the forklift frame. According to the omni-directional forklift AGV device, the structure of a vehicle body is compact, transverse running can be achieved, the control manner is simple, active steering can be achieved by rear wheels, and the turningradius is small.
