The invention provides an electromagnetic limiting mechanism based on permanent magnet electric repulsive force guiding, and relates to the technical field of high-speed magnetic levitation and electromagnetic propulsion. The electromagnetic limiting mechanism based on permanent magnet electric repulsive force guiding is applied to a suspension type high-speed electromagnetic propulsion system and comprises a permanent magnet array synchronously moving with a linear motor rotor and a metal induction plate matched with the permanent magnet array to act and arranged corresponding to a linear motor bilateral stator. When the suspension type high-speed electromagnetic propulsion system operates, the permanent magnet array interacts with the metal induction plate to generate differential type electric repulsive force and keep preset guiding rigidity, and offset of normal torque and normal deformation of the linear motor rotor is completed. Therefore, non-contact limiting between the linear motor mover and the linear motor bilateral stator in the suspension type high-speed electromagnetic propulsion system is achieved in the guiding direction.
