The invention discloses an independent wheel set guiding control structure and method introducing a permanent magnet electromagnetic coupler, and the structure comprises wheels, an external brake disc, a U-shaped axle, a wheel side gear, a gear box, a controller, and a vehicle speed sensor. The center positions of the inner sides of the left wheel and the right wheel are respectively connected with one end of a U-shaped axle to form a wheel pair, wheel side gears are concentrically installed on the inner sides, tightly attached to the wheels, of the left wheel and the right wheel, the wheel side gears on the left side and the right side are respectively meshed with pinions in corresponding gear boxes on the two sides, and the pinions in the two gear boxes are respectively connected with a transmission shaft. The other ends of the two transmission shafts are connected with an inner rotor part and an outer rotor part of an electromagnetic coupler in an interference fit mode, the electromagnetic coupler is adopted for controlling the rotating speed difference, and a new equipment structure and a new control method are provided for steering control over the independent wheels of the train.

    本发明公开了一种引入永磁电磁耦合器的独立轮对导向控制结构及方法,其包括车轮、外置制动盘、U形车轴、轮侧齿轮、齿轮箱、控制器、车速传感器,左右两侧车轮外侧中心通过法兰连接外制动盘,左右车轮内侧的中心位置分别连接U形车轴一端形成轮对,左右两侧车轮紧贴车轮的内侧同心安装轮侧齿轮,左右两侧的轮侧齿轮分别与两侧对应的齿轮箱中的小齿轮啮合,两个齿轮箱中的小齿轮分别连接有传动轴,两根传动轴的另一端均采用过盈配合的方式分别连接电磁耦合器的内转子部分、外转子部分,采用电磁耦合器进行转速差的控制,为列车独立轮的转向控制提出了新的设备结构和控制方法。
