The invention discloses an open caisson hydraulic grab soil sampling system based on GPS positioning, which comprises a GPS positioner arranged on an arm or a hydraulic grab of an open caisson hydraulic grab soil sampling device, an industrial personal computer arranged in an on-site command center, and display equipment arranged in a cab of the open caisson hydraulic grab soil sampling device, the GPS positioner transmits a position signal of the hydraulic grab bucket to the industrial personal computer through the wireless communication module, and the industrial personal computer models the moving track of the hydraulic grab bucket through data processing software on the industrial personal computer to form a moving track model of the hydraulic grab bucket and loads a real-time position signal to the moving track model of the hydraulic grab bucket. And the industrial personal computer transmits the hydraulic grab bucket moving track model to display equipment in a cab, and a driver accurately takes soil to the open caisson through the hydraulic grab bucket moving track model displaying the real-time position on the display equipment.
