The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic coordination control method for a braking mode switching process of an electric vehicle, which realizes optimal distribution of electro-hydraulic braking force by comprehensively considering braking stability and energy recovery rate through a multi-objective optimization algorithm, and meanwhile, controls a motor to compensate hydraulic torque through a seagull optimized model predictive control algorithm controller, so that the braking mode switching process of the electric vehicle is optimized. The difference of dynamic response characteristics of a motor braking system and a hydraulic braking system can be eliminated, and the impact degree and the impact duration in the electro-hydraulic switching process are reduced to the maximum extent.

    本发明公开一种电动汽车制动模式切换过程的电液协调控制方法,通过多目标优化算法,综合考虑制动稳定性和能量回收率,实现电液制动力的优化分配,同时通过海鸥优化的模型预测控制算法控制器控制电机对液压力矩进行补偿,可以消除电机制动系统和液压制动系统动态响应特性的差异,最大程度的减小电液切换过程的冲击度和冲击持续时间。
