The invention discloses a turning control method for an electro-hydraulic composite braking system of an electric vehicle. The turning control method comprises the following steps of: step 1, acquiring a steering wheel angle delta, a vehicle speed V and vehicle braking strength z; determining a vehicle lateral stability coefficient epsilon according to the steering wheel angle delta, the vehicle speed V and the vehicle braking strength z; step 2, acquiring a pavement adhesion coefficient mu, an environment temperature T, a battery SOC and a vehicle yaw velocity Wr; and determining a braking force provided by a vehicle hydraulic braking system and a braking force provided by are generative braking system according to the road adhesion coefficient mu, the environment temperature T, the battery SOC, the difference value Wr' between the vehicle yaw velocity and expected vehicle yaw velocity and the vehicle lateral stability coefficient epsilon.
