The invention relates to a torsional vibration active control method in the starting and stopping process of an engine of a power split type hybrid power system, and aims to solve the problem of torsional vibration of a transmission system under the high coupling effect of multiple excitation sources of the system. Firstly, a transmission system multi-degree-of-freedom kinetic equation used for simulating the engine start-stop torsional vibration phenomenon is established; secondly, considering excitation input of the engine, and designing a self-adaptive filtering feedforward control algorithm to counteract fluctuation components of gas torque and inertia torque of the engine; finally, considering interference input in the start-stop process of the engine, designing a pole assignment feedback algorithm, and reducing a torsional amplitude value from a drive shaft of the transmission system to wheels; according to the method, the torsional vibration of the transmission system in the engine starting and stopping process is remarkably improved through fusion of the two control algorithms, and a new research reference is provided for torsional vibration control in the engine starting and stopping process.
本发明涉及一种功率分流式混合动力系统发动机启停过程扭振主动控制方法,旨在解决系统多激励源高度耦合作用下的传动系统扭振问题。首先,建立用于模拟发动机启停扭振现象的传动系统多自由度动力学方程;然后,考虑发动机的激励输入,设计自适应滤波前馈控制算法抵消发动机气体转矩与惯性转矩的波动成分;最后,考虑发动机启停过程的干扰输入,设计极点配置反馈算法,从传动系统驱动轴到车轮处进行扭振幅值的削减;本发明通过两种控制算法的融合,显著改善了发动机启停过程传动系统的扭振,为发动机启停过程的扭振控制提供了一种新的研究参考。
