The invention provides a preparation method of a gradient CNT electric heating coating. Comprising the following steps: step 1, polishing a carbon fiber composite material plate with abrasive paper, then putting the carbon fiber composite material plate into a culture dish containing absolute ethyl alcohol, and drying after ultrasonic cleaning to obtain a pretreated substrate; 2, sequentially and uniformly spraying CNT and polyurethane mixed conductive coatings with different contents of carbon nanotubes on the carbon fiber composite material substrate, and curing to obtain a gradient CNT electric heating coating; 3, copper foil adhesive tapes are pasted to the two ends of the gradient CNT electric heating coating, and the copper foil adhesive tapes serve as electric heating layer electrodes after being pasted; and step 4, dispersing a polyurethane emulsion in absolute ethyl alcohol, spraying the polyurethane emulsion on the surface of the gradient electric heating layer pasted with the copper foil electrode, and after curing, constructing an insulating layer on the surface of the electric heating layer to obtain the gradient CNT electric heating coating. According to the gradient design, the adhesive force between the coating and the substrate is remarkably increased, the coating is induced to achieve directional heat transfer through reasonable electrode position arrangement, and a new thought is provided for construction of a new-generation unmanned aerial vehicle anti-icing/deicing system.

    本发明提供了一种梯度化CNT电热涂层制备方法;包括:步骤1,将碳纤维复合材料板进行砂纸打磨后置于盛有无水乙醇的培养皿中,超声清洗后,烘干,得预处理的基底;步骤2,分别将碳纳米管不同含量的CNT@聚氨酯混合导电涂料依次均匀喷涂在碳纤维复合材料基底上并固化,得到梯度化CNT电热涂层;步骤3,将铜箔胶带贴于梯度化CNT电热涂层两端,贴合后充当电热层电极;步骤4,将聚氨酯乳液分散在无水乙醇中,并喷涂于贴有铜箔电极的梯度化电热层表面,固化后,于电热层表面构建绝缘层,即得梯度化CNT电热涂层。本发明梯度化设计显著增大涂层与基底间粘附力,通过合理的电极位置排布,诱导涂层实现定向传热,为新一代无人机防/除冰系统构建提供了新思路。
