The invention relates to a preparation method of an electric heating anti-icing coating capable of being used for a three-dimensional complex curved surface. The electric heating anti-icing coating capable of being used for the three-dimensional complex curved surface comprises a bottom layer electrode layer, a middle heating layer and a top layer electrode layer; and the preparation method comprises the steps: preparing a bottom layer material with conductivity on the surface of a three-dimensional curved surface base material, and forming a bottom layer electrode layer; preparing an intermediate heating layer material with conductivity, the middle heating layer material comprising conductive particles, a polymer matrix, a diluent and a dispersing agent; spraying the middle heating layermaterial on the surface of the bottom electrode layer to form an intermediate heating layer; and preparing a top-layer material with conductivity on the surface of the intermediate heating layer to form a top-layer electrode layer. The prepared electric heating anti-icing coating can be suitable for ice prevention and removal of complex components of airplanes.
