The invention relates to a hydrogen fuel cell start-stop control method and device of a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle control. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a starting duration estimated value and a shutdown duration estimated value of the hydrogen fuel cell; determining a power limited SOC threshold value SOCend of the power battery according to the temperature of the power battery; determining an SOC threshold value SOCFCon for starting the hydrogen fuel cell; and an SOC threshold value SOCFCoff; and when the SOC of the power battery is between the SOCFCon and the SOCFCoff, starting the hydrogen fuel battery in response to the condition that the SOC of the power battery is reduced to the SOCFCon, and closing the hydrogen fuel battery in response to the condition that the SOC of the power battery is increased to the SOCFCoff. According to the starting and stopping method, the starting and stopping time of the hydrogen fuel cell can be reasonably determined, it can be guaranteed that the hydrogen fuel cell has enough time to be started before the SOC is reduced to the SOC end by setting the threshold SOCon and the threshold SOCoff, the power requirement of the whole vehicle is met, and frequent starting and stopping caused by large SOC fluctuation are avoided.

    本发明涉及一种氢燃料电池车辆的氢燃料电池启停控制方法及装置,属于氢燃料电池车辆控制技术领域。所述方法包括:获取所述氢燃料电池的启动时长估计值和关机时长估计值;根据动力电池的温度确定动力电池的功率受限SOC阈值SOCend;确定氢燃料电池启动的SOC阈值SOCFCon;以及SOC阈值SOCFCoff;在所述动力电池的SOC处于SOCFCon和SOCFCoff之间时,响应于所述动力电池的SOC下降至所述SOCFCon,启动所述氢燃料电池,以及响应于所述动力电池的SOC上升至所述SOCFCoff,关闭所述氢燃料电池。本发明提供的启停方法能够合理地确定氢燃料电池的启停时机,并且通过阈值SOCon和阈值SOCoff的设定可以保证氢燃料电池有足够时间在SOC降低到SOCend之前完成启动,既满足整车功率需求、又不使SOC波动较大导致频繁启停。
