The invention discloses a fuel cell reactor start-stop control method, device and equipment of a hydrogen fuel vehicle and a storage medium, relates to the technical field of vehicle battery management, and discloses the fuel cell reactor start-stop control method of the hydrogen fuel vehicle, which comprises the following steps: controlling the vehicle to be electrified at high voltage, and detecting whether a fuel cell meets a reactor start condition or not; when it is detected that the fuel cell meets the stack starting condition, the stack operation state sent by the fuel cell control unit is received; stacking the fuel cell according to the running state of the electric pile, and detecting whether the fuel cell meets a shutdown condition or not; when it is detected that the fuel cell meets the shutdown condition, a high-voltage power-off permission state sent by the fuel cell control unit is received; and shutting down the fuel cell according to the shutting down condition and the high-voltage power-off permissible state. The reliability and the service life of the fuel cell system are effectively improved and prolonged by monitoring and responding to the high-voltage power-on state of the vehicle, the running state of the electric pile and the state signal sent by the fuel cell control unit in real time.
