The invention provides an industrial vehicle pedestrian anti-collision detection and early warning system based on a 5G RedCap module. The industrial vehicle pedestrian anti-collision detection and early warning system comprises a camera which carries out real-time video shooting on an operation environment of an industrial vehicle to form an environment video stream; the distance sensor measures the real-time distance and the real-time relative movement speed between the tracked target object and the industrial vehicle; on the edge computing terminal, a target recognition model recognizes a target object from the environment video stream, a target tracking model tracks the recognized target object, and a collision risk recognition model predicts whether a collision risk occurs between the target object and the industrial vehicle or not according to the real-time distance and the real-time relative movement speed between the target object and the industrial vehicle; when the collision risk is predicted, a risk early warning strategy is generated to perform braking or deceleration control on the industrial vehicle; and the 5G RedCap module sends the environment video stream, the real-time distance between the target object and the industrial vehicle, the real-time relative movement speed, the collision risk prediction result and the risk early warning strategy to a background server.
