The multiple heat exchange mechanisms are arranged in the heat exchanger shell, copper pipes on the heat exchange mechanisms can be conveniently maintained and replaced through the modularized heat exchange mechanisms, the pressing mechanisms and the mounting mechanisms are arranged on the heat exchanger shell, and the heat exchange mechanisms can be conveniently mounted and fixed through the arrangement of the mounting mechanisms and the pressing mechanisms; the problem that a copper pipe in an air cooler in an existing medical ship is inconvenient to disassemble and maintain is solved.

    本发明涉及空气冷却器技术领域,具体涉及一种主机空气冷却器,包括换热器外壳,所述换热器外壳的两端均开设有开口一,且其中一个开口一的内壁设置有多个换热机构,另一个开口一的内壁固定连接有网孔板,换热器外壳的两端均固定连接有矩形结构的连接法兰,换热器外壳的两侧外壁均开设有两个安装口,且四个安装口的两侧内壁均开设有凹槽,八个凹槽的两侧内壁均开设有限位槽。本发明通过在换热器外壳中设置多个换热机构,模块化的换热机构方便对其上的铜管进行维护和更换,又在换热器外壳上设置压紧机构和安装机构,安装机构和压紧机构的设置方便对换热机构进行安装固定,解决了现有医疗船中空气冷却器中铜管不便拆卸维护的问题。
