The invention relates to a wind and light storage capacity coordinated optimization configuration strategy. The strategy comprises the following steps: constructing a wind and light storage capacity system considering a generalized energy storage system; comprehensively considering the investment cost and the wind and light absorption rate, and establishing a target function of the wind and light storage capacity optimization configuration model; constructing constraint conditions of each device in the wind and light storage capacity system; and solving the established model by adopting an improved bald eagle algorithm to obtain the capacity of each device of the system. The generalized energy storage system and the hydrogen energy system can be mutually combined, wind and light absorption is promoted, the comprehensive investment cost is reduced, and the stability and economical efficiency of the system are guaranteed.
