The invention discloses a traffic signal timing optimization method based on an improved Harris eagle algorithm. The method comprises the following steps: 1) establishing a signal timing model taking vehicle delay, parking times, traffic capacity and tail gas emission as indexes; 2) selecting a novel swarm intelligence algorithm, namely, a Harlisian eagle algorithm, to solve the model, and improving the algorithm; 3) chaotic mapping is introduced before algorithm iteration, so that individuals are uniformly distributed in a solution space, and the search capability of the algorithm is improved; the method comprises the steps of (1) selecting a Cauchy function to control the step length of Levy flight to achieve smooth transition and prevent the algorithm from falling into local optimum, (5) adding random noise interference in the later stage of iteration to improve the variation ability and convergence speed of the algorithm, and (6) solving the model by using an improved Harris Hawk algorithm (HHOG) to obtain a signal timing scheme with the highest comprehensive benefit.

    本发明公开了一种基于改进哈里斯鹰算法的交通信号配时优化方法。1)建立以车辆延误、停车次数、通行能力和尾气排放为指标的信号配时模型;2)选取一种新型群智能算法哈里斯鹰算法对模型求解,并对算法进行改进;3)在算法迭代前引入混沌映射,使个体均匀分布在解空间,提高算法的搜索能力;4)用柯西函数控制莱维飞行的步长,实现平滑过渡,避免算法陷入局部最优;5)在迭代后期加入随机噪声干扰,提高算法变异能力和收敛速度;6)用改进的哈里斯鹰算法(HHOG)对模型进行求解,获得综合效益最高的信号配时方案。
