The invention discloses a traffic signal timing optimization method, which relates to the technical field of traffic, and comprises the following steps: when signal timing optimization is required to be carried out on a to-be-optimized intersection, firstly, determining candidate matching intersections of which the intersection similarity with the to-be-optimized intersection meets a preset requirement and which have a signal timing optimization scheme; and then selecting a signal timing optimization scheme of one candidate matching intersection as a signal timing optimization scheme of the intersection to be optimized directly according to the signal timing optimization scheme of each candidate matching intersection for the optimization evaluation index of the intersection to be optimized. In other words, the previously accumulated signal timing optimization scheme, which is high in adaptation degree and good in traffic efficiency optimization effect, of other intersections can be directly used as the signal timing optimization scheme of the to-be-optimized intersection, so that on one hand, timing scheme optimization does not need to be independently designed for each intersection; and on the other hand, the reusability of a previous accumulated signal timing optimization scheme is improved, so that the signal timing optimization efficiency of the intersection can be improved.

    本申请公开了一种交通信号配时优化方法,涉及交通技术领域,该方法在需要对待优化路口进行信号配时优化时,首先确定与该待优化路口的路口相似度达到预定要求、且已有信号配时优化方案的候选匹配路口,然后根据各个候选匹配路口的信号配时优化方案对该待优化路口的优化评价指标选择一个候选匹配路口的信号配时优化方案直接作为该待优化路口的信号配时优化方案,也即可以沿用以往积累的、适配程度高且对通行效率优化效果好的其他路口的信号配时优化方案直接作为该待优化路口的信号配时优化方案,一方面无需对每个路口都独立设计配时方案优化,另一方面提高了以往积累的信号配时优化方案的复用性,从而可以提高路口的信号配时优化的效率。
