According to the scheme, the HDCSA algorithm is provided to optimize the scheduling of the charging piles, multiple optimization objectives are considered at the same time, the method is suitable for the discrete problem, discrete decision variables in the scheduling of the charging piles can be processed, the situation that multiple objectives are involved in the scheduling of the charging piles is effectively solved, and compared with a traditional algorithm, the method has higher convergence speed and search efficiency, and the method is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. The scheduling accuracy and adaptability are improved; meanwhile, multi-fuzzy granulation processing is used, abnormal modes in the data are captured more comprehensively, more types of anomalies can be recognized, and a complex, fuzzy and high-dimensional data anomaly recognition method is provided for a system.
