The lower frame telescopic beam is connected with the lower frame cross beam through a telescopic beam oil cylinder, and the telescopic beam oil cylinder controls the lower frame telescopic beam to move. And the clamping jaw device is arranged on the lower frame telescopic beam for lifting and placing the container.
