The invention relates to a container spreader control method which comprises the following steps: S1, starting a spreader, respectively inserting four lock heads of the spreader into four lifting holes of a container, detecting whether the four lock heads of the spreader are in a container landing state or not, if so, executing S2, and if not, executing S3; s2, detecting whether a sling lock is in a locked state or not, if yes, detecting whether a sling load exceeds a safety load F1 or not, if not, executing S3, and if yes, giving an alarm; s3, detecting whether the X-axis angle and the Y-axis angle of the lifting appliance are respectively equal to the X-axis safe inclination angle theta1 and the Y-axis safe inclination angle theta2, and if not, executing S4; s4, if the X-axis angle is larger than/smaller than the X-axis safe inclination angle theta 1, the lifting appliance is driven to incline leftwards/rightwards for leveling till the X-axis angle is equal to the X-axis safe inclination angle; and if the Y-axis angle is larger than/smaller than the Y-axis safe inclination angle theta2, the lifting appliance is driven to incline forwards/backwards for leveling until the Y-axis angle is equal to the Y-axis safe inclination angle. The safety of the lifting appliance is improved, so that the leveling operation of the lifting appliance is simpler.

    本发明涉及一种集装箱吊具控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1、吊具启动,将吊具四个锁头与集装箱的四个吊孔分别对插,检测吊具的四个锁头是否处于着箱状态,若是则执行S2,若否则执行S3;S2、检测吊具锁头是否处于上锁状态,若是则检测吊具负载是否超过安全负载一F1,若否则执行S3,若是则发出警报;S3、检测吊具的X轴角度、Y轴角度是否分别等于X轴安全倾角θ1、Y轴安全倾角θ2,若否则执行S4;S4、若X轴角度大于/小于X轴安全倾角θ1,则驱动吊具向左/右倾斜找平直至X轴角度等于X轴安全倾角;若Y轴角度大于/小于Y轴安全倾角θ2,则驱动吊具向前/后倾斜找平直至Y轴角度等于Y轴安全倾角。本发明提高吊具的安全性,使得吊具找平操作更加简单。
