The adjustable container lifting appliance comprises a pair of supporting beams, a pair of sliding grooves are formed in the opposite end faces of the pair of supporting beams in a concave mode, a pair of moving beams are slidably connected into the pair of sliding grooves, first air cylinders are fixed to the bottoms of the moving beams, and the output ends of the first air cylinders are vertically arranged downwards; a pressing plate is fixed to the output end of the first air cylinder, a fixed beam is fixed between the pair of supporting beams, a pair of second air cylinders are arranged on the fixed beam, the output ends of the pair of second air cylinders are fixedly connected with a pair of movable beams respectively, and the fixed beam is arranged between the pair of movable beams. The two ends of the fixed beam are fixedly connected with the centers of the pair of supporting beams. According to the lifting appliance, the top of the container is pressed through the pressing plate, so that the whole lifting is more stable, the container is prevented from rolling over in the lifting process, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
