A separating and avoiding integrated large-bearing high-reliability locking and releasing device comprises an upper end fixing adapter, a grooving bolt assembly, two side pressing plate assemblies and a bottom fixing seat. The two side pressing plate assemblies are oppositely fixed to the bottom fixing base, and the upper end fixing adapter base is fixed to an upper end opening formed by the two side pressing plate assemblies. The grooving bolt assembly penetrates through the through holes of the two side pressing plate assemblies, and a weakening groove is machined in the portion, located between the two side pressing plate assemblies, of the grooving bolt assembly. The upper end fixing adapter is fixedly connected with the optical pointing mechanism, and the bottom fixing base is fixedly connected with a satellite deck; and after reaching a preset orbit, the grooving bolt assembly pulls off the two side pressing plate assemblies to be opened towards the two sides, so that release between the optical pointing mechanism and the satellite cabin plate is realized. According to the invention, the locking and releasing device has separation and avoidance integration, so that a non-firer type locking and releasing device can meet the task capability of integration of impact resistance, locking and avoidance functions with a small single-machine total weight.
