The invention discloses a high-reliability locking and releasing mechanism. A support is connected with a base through a rotating shaft and a torsional spring arranged on the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode. The first locking spring and the taper pin are installed on one side of the base, and the second locking spring and the pin are installed on the other side of the base. Correspondingly, one side of the support is provided with a taper hole with a guide sliding groove and matched with the taper pin, and the other side of the support is provided with a locking groove and matched with the pin. The head sleeve is connected with the bracket; the pressing rod, the guide sleeve and the pressing spring are arranged in the head sleeve; the pressing rod is arranged in the guide sleeve and is connected with the guide sleeve; in a locking state, one end of the compression rod is connected with the initiating explosive device, and the guide sleeve applies force to the compression spring, so that the compression spring is shrunk; the guide sleeve and the head sleeve have matching precision, and a lubricating measure is taken between the guide sleeve and the head sleeve; the separation nut is connected with the effective load fixing part, and the base is connected with the effective load rotating part. The turnover type locking and releasing mechanism solves the problems that an existing turnover type locking and releasing mechanism is prone to clamping stagnation and low in repeated locking precision.

    本发明的一种高可靠锁紧释放机构,支架通过转轴及套设在转轴上的扭簧与底座连接;第一锁紧弹簧和锥销安装于底座的一侧,第二锁紧弹簧和柱销安装于底座的另一侧;对应地,支架一侧设有带导向滑槽的锥孔,与锥销配合,支架另一侧设有锁紧槽,与柱销配合;头套与支架连接;压紧杆、导向套和压紧弹簧设置于头套内;压紧杆设置于导向套内且与导向套连接;锁紧状态时,压紧杆的一端与火工品装置连接,导向套对压紧弹簧施力,使压紧弹簧收缩;导向套与头套具有配合精度,在导向套与头套之间采取润滑措施;分离螺母与有效载荷固定部分相连,底座与有效载荷转动部分相连。本发明解决了现有翻转式锁紧释放机构容易发生卡滞、重复锁紧精度不高的问题。
