The invention relates to a multi-point synchronous hoisting control system and method for a prefabricated part, which are used for solving the technical problem of instability of a hoisting system caused by asynchronous multi-hoisting-point hoisting of the current prefabricated part. Comprising a speed measurement module, an acceleration measurement module, a data acquisition module and a data processing module. The speed measurement module is mounted on a hook pulley block, adopts a rotary encoder to measure the rotating speed, calculates the rope winding speed of the hoisting system through the rotating speed of the pulley block, and is connected with the data acquisition module through a data line; the acceleration measurement module adopts a three-axis acceleration sensor and is used for measuring accelerations in the X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction, the three-axis acceleration sensor is installed on a lifting hook of each lifting point in a magnetic attraction mode, and the measured accelerations are transmitted to the data acquisition module in a wireless mode; the data acquisition module is mounted on a lifting arm of a lifting system, and transmits measured data to the data processing module through a data line of a corresponding path at regular time; and the data processing module controls synchronous lifting of the multiple lifting points according to the speed difference relation between the lifting points.

    本发明涉及一种预制构件多点同步吊装控制系统及方法,用于解决当前预制构件多吊点吊装不同步容易引起吊装系统失稳的技术问题。包括测速模块、加速度测量模块、数据采集模块及数据处理模块。测速模块安装于吊钩滑轮组上,采用旋转编码器测量转速,通过滑轮组转速计算吊装系统收绳速度,测速模块通过数据线与数据采集模块相连;加速度测量模块采用三轴加速度传感器,用于测量X、Y和Z三个方向加速度,三轴加速度传感器磁吸式安装于各个吊点吊钩上,所测加速度通过无线方式传输至数据采集模块;数据采集模块安装于吊装系统吊臂上,定时将所测数据通过相应通路的数据线传输至数据处理模块;数据处理模块根据吊点间速度差分关系控制多吊点同步起吊。
