The invention discloses a prefabricated part hoisting device, and relates to the technical field of hoisting. The problems of saving power and reducing cost are solved. The hoisting device specifically comprises a hoisting frame, the top of the hoisting frame is connected with a crane through a connecting frame, and the bottom of the hoisting frame is hoisted to a to-be-hoisted prefabricated part through multiple sets of hoisting rope modules; the lifting rope module comprises a self-locking position adjusting part arranged on the inner side of the lifting frame, a plurality of flexible-rigid integrated connecting parts arranged at the bottom of the self-locking position adjusting part, a lifting rope connected to the other ends of the flexible-rigid integrated connecting parts, and a rapid combination and separation part arranged at the other end of the lifting rope. The embedded part is arranged to be matched with the sleeve part, the embedded part embedded into the prefabricated part to be hoisted serves as a force bearing point for hoisting, the characteristic of double slopes of the double-slope transition block is utilized, rapid combination and separation can be achieved through manual pressing and lifting, and on the basis, by means of the ingenious structural design, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced. The whole structure is simple, and the cost is correspondingly low.

    本发明公开了一种预制件吊装装置,涉及吊装技术领域;为了解决节约动力,降低成本问题;具体包括吊架,所述吊架的顶部通过连接架与吊车连接,所述吊架的底部通过多组吊绳模组吊装于待吊预制件;所述吊绳模组包括设置于吊架内侧的自锁式位置调节部、设置于自锁式位置调节部底部的多组柔刚一体连接部、连接于柔刚一体连接部另一端的吊绳以及设置于吊绳另一端的快速结合分离部。本发明通过设置预埋件与套筒件配合,以预埋进待吊预制件内的预埋件作为受力点进行吊装,且利用双斜面过渡块的双斜面特点,能实现人工通过按压与上提即可进行快速结合与分离,并且在此基础上,利用巧妙的结构设计,实现整个结构较为简洁,成本相应较低。
