The invention belongs to the technical field of hoisting equipment, and particularly relates to a hoisting beam of a monorail crane for hoisting. Comprising a bearing beam plate and two I-shaped beams, and the two I-shaped beams are arranged above the two ends of the bearing beam plate respectively; each I-shaped beam is fixedly connected with two bearing assemblies; the periphery of the bearing beam plate is connected with the corresponding I-shaped beams through spherical long hanging shafts. A rotating beam plate is mounted on the bearing beam plate, and lifting hooks are fixedly mounted on the periphery of the bottom of the rotating beam plate; each bearing assembly can be evenly stressed, meanwhile, it can be guaranteed that the bearing plate girder can run stably, and the stability of goods during turning and height changing is guaranteed; the control over 0-90-degree rotation of the rotating beam plate is achieved, and equipment damage caused by inertia force in the process of rotating heavy goods can be prevented while high efficiency and labor saving are achieved.

    本发明属于起重设备技术领域,具体涉及一种起重用单轨吊起吊梁。包括一个承载梁板和两个工字梁,两个所述工字梁分别设于承载梁板的两端上方;所述工字梁上均固定连接有两个承载组件;所述承载梁板的四周均通过球面长吊轴与对应工字梁连接;所述承载梁板上安装有旋转梁板,所述旋转梁板的底部四周均固定安装有起重挂钩;本发明既能使每一个承载组件处受力均匀,同时,能够保证承载板梁能够平稳运行,保证转弯时和高度变化时货物的稳定性;本发明实现了对旋转梁板进行0~90°旋转的控制,高效省力的同时能够防止在旋转较重货物的过程中由于惯性力造成的设备损坏。
