The hoisting beam has the beneficial effects that the two ends of the first pull rod and the two ends of the second pull rod are rotatably connected with the cross beam through the connectors, so that the length of the hoisting beam is increased, and the turning radius is not affected; a hydraulic pipeline leading to the manual valve achieves supply of a heavy-load lifting beam hydraulic system, hydraulic oil flows to all the hoisting transmission devices from the manual valve, hoisting or falling control information is transmitted to all the valves in the hoisting transmission devices, hoisting or falling of all the bearing beams is controlled, the hoisting weight can reach 20 tons, the rated load is 1.5 m/min higher than the hoisting speed, and the hoisting beam has the advantages of being high in lifting capacity, short in transportation time, safe, reliable and the like.

    本发明公开了一种新型的20T单轨吊用重型起吊梁,包括起重小车、轨道、横梁、悬架、连接器、拉杆一、承载梁、拉杆二、提升传动装置、连接销、链轮、底部悬挂装置、带滚轴的船型交叉梁、链条夹板、链箱、滚轴、手控阀、液压管路。本发明的有益效果是:拉杆一和拉杆二的两端均通过连接器与横梁进行旋转连接,既增加了该起吊梁的长度,又不影响拐弯半径;通向手动阀的液压管路实现重载起吊梁液压系统的供给,液压油从手动阀流向各个提升传动装置,将“提升”或“降落”的控制信息传到提升传动装置中的各个阀门,实现控制各个承载梁的提升或者降落,使提升重量可达20吨,额定载荷在提升速度大1.5m/min,具有提升能力强、运输时间短,且安全可靠等优点。
