The invention discloses a charger temperature adjusting mechanism based on semiconductor temperature control, which belongs to the technical field of chargers and comprises a sampling execution unit, a control unit and a heat dissipation unit. The sampling execution unit comprises a plurality of charging modules, a semiconductor temperature control module is placed in each charging module plug-in frame, thermocouples are arranged on the two sides of each semiconductor temperature control module, and the thermocouple on one side of each semiconductor temperature control module is attached to the corresponding charging module; the control unit is connected with the sampling execution unit, and the heat dissipation unit is connected with the control unit; according to the invention, the semiconductor temperature control module is adopted to realize accurate point-to-point heat dissipation so as to realize active heating or cooling of the temperature, the temperature can be rapidly adjusted and accurately regulated and controlled, and the problems of large temperature fluctuation and adjustment lag possibly existing in a traditional heat dissipation mode are effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于半导体控温的充电机温度调节机构,属于充电机技术领域,包括采样执行单元、控制单元和散热单元;所述采样执行单元包括多个充电模块,每个充电模块插框中均放置有半导体控温模块,所述半导体控温模块两侧设置有热电偶,半导体控温模块一侧的热电偶与充电模块贴合;所述控制单元与采样执行单元连接,所述散热单元与控制单元连接;本发明采用半导体控温模块能够精确的“点对点”散热实现对温度主动的加热或冷却,可以快速调整温度和对温度进行的精准调控,有效避免了传统散热方式中可能存在的温度波动大、调节滞后的问题。
