The invention relates to the field of helicopter wing anti-icing and de-icing, in particular to a direct-cooling type waste heat recovery helicopter anti-icing and de-icing system and method combining phase change energy storage and loop heat pipes. The phase change energy storage and loop heat pipe combined direct cooling type waste heat recovery helicopter anti-icing and de-icing system comprises high heat conduction metal, a loop heat pipe system, a phase change energy storage device, an oil way circulating system and an icing detection system. The high-thermal-conductivity metal is buried in the helicopter wing and is used for transferring heat to the surface of the wing for heating. The loop heat pipe system is composed of an evaporation section, a compensation chamber and a condensation section which are connected through a pipeline, and heat is transmitted to the high-heat-conduction metal from the phase change energy storage device. The phase-change material of the phase-change energy storage device can store heat of fuel oil in the phase-change energy storage device through the oil path circulating system. The waste heat of the helicopter engine is recycled to prevent and remove ice, and the operation power consumption of the ice preventing and removing system is reduced while the energy consumption of the helicopter power system is reduced.

    本发明涉及直升机机翼防除冰领域,具体涉及一种结合相变储能与回路热管的直冷式余热回收直升机防除冰系统及方法。所述的结合相变储能与回路热管的直冷式余热回收直升机防除冰系统包括高导热金属、回路热管系统、相变储能装置、油路循环系统、结冰探测系统。所述高导热金属埋在直升机机翼中用于传递热量至机翼表面进行加热。所述回路热管系统由蒸发段、补偿室、冷凝段组成并通过管线连接,将热量由相变储能装置传递至高导热金属。所述相变储能装置的相变材料可以通过油路循环系统将燃油热量储存其中。本发明回收利用直升机发动机余热进行防除冰,在降低直升机动力系统能源消耗的同时也降低防除冰系统运行功耗。
