The invention relates to the field of aircraft wing anti-icing and deicing, in particular to a composite wing anti-icing and deicing system and method combining a super-hydrophobic surface and a loop heat pipe. The system comprises a super-hydrophobic surface, a loop heat pipe system and an icing detection system. The icing detection system is used for detecting the ice type and the icing degree and feeding back the ice type and the icing degree to the anti-icing and deicing system; the super-hydrophobic surface covers the surface of a wing and is used for bouncing off supercooled liquid drops impacted in the flying process; the loop heat pipe system is composed of an evaporation section (containing a heat pipe core), a compensation chamber, a steam pipeline, a condensation pipeline, a thermal control valve, a stop valve and a heat source which are connected through pipelines. The wing bounces over-cooled liquid drops impacted in the flying process through the super-hydrophobic surface to achieve anti-icing, and in addition, when the icing detection device detects that ice crystals are formed, the loop heat pipe system transfers heat of other areas of the airplane to the leading edge of the wing to achieve deicing. The deicing device has the advantages of high deicing efficiency, effective inhibition of backflow ice and the like.

    本发明涉及飞机机翼防除冰领域,具体涉及一种结合超疏水表面和回路热管的复合式机翼防除冰系统及方法。系统包括超疏水表面、回路热管系统、结冰探测系统。所述结冰探测系统用于检测冰型种类与结冰程度并反馈给防除冰系统;所述超疏水表面覆盖于机翼表面,用于弹开飞行过程撞击的过冷液滴;所述回路热管系统由蒸发段(含热管芯)、补偿室、蒸汽管线、冷凝管线、热力控制阀、截止阀及热源组成并通过管线连接。机翼通过超疏水表面弹开飞行过程中撞击的过冷液滴实现防冰,另外当结冰探测装置探测到冰晶形成时,回路热管系统将飞机其余区域的热量传递到机翼前缘实现除冰。本发明具有除冰效率高、有效抑制回流冰等优点。
