The invention discloses a pitch angle fine adjustment mechanism of an aerial variable pitch propeller, the propeller and a method. The pitch angle fine adjustment mechanism comprises an adjustment worm and an adjustment turbine. The adjusting worm comprises an operation section and a worm section which are connected in sequence; the adjusting turbine comprises a front shaft section, a turbine section and a rear shaft section which are connected in sequence; the worm section is meshed with the turbine section; the two adjusting worms are distributed on the two sides of the adjusting turbine in parallel. An eccentric connecting hole is axially formed in the adjusting turbine and used for being connected with an eccentric variable-pitch pin. Fine adjustment of the pitch angle of the propeller can be achieved, pitch angle errors of different blades are eliminated, and the consistency of the pitch angles among the multiple blades is improved.

    本发明公开了空中变距螺旋桨桨距角微调机构及螺旋桨及方法,桨距角微调机构包括调整蜗杆、调整涡轮;所述调整蜗杆包括依次连接的操作段、蜗杆段;所述调整涡轮包括依次连接的前轴段、涡轮段、后轴段;所述蜗杆段与涡轮段啮合;所述调整蜗杆设置两个,平行分布在调整涡轮的两侧;所述调整涡轮轴向设置有偏心连接孔,所述偏心连接孔用以连接偏心变距销。本发明可以实现螺旋桨桨距角的微调,消除不同桨叶的桨距角误差,提高多桨叶间桨距角的一致性。
