本发明涉及起升平台自动锁紧及解脱机构领域,为一种高海况条件下起升平台的自动解脱及锁紧机构,包括拖运小车,起升平台以及拖运平台。所述拖运小车头部设计有钩锁机构,所述挂钩与挂钩基座采用弹簧与销钉复合连接方式,所述拖运小车上部配有气缸,所述气缸连接有专用推杆,所述起升平台上置有导轨,所述拖运平台下置有滚轮,所述导轨与所述滚轮配合,所述拖运平台上有销钉固定于所述起升平台,所述销钉设置有弹簧螺母约束其在所述拖运平台上,所述销钉有顶帽结构。所述拖运平台有凸轮结构安置于所述销钉顶帽下方,所述销钉顶帽所述凸轮存在接触配合。所述拖运平台尾部有环状结构,便于与所述小车上的钩锁机构连接。所述钩锁机构以及所述拖运平台的凸轮机构均可受到所述小车上所述专用推杆作用。采用内联机构实现拖运小车与拖运平台之间的自动连接锁紧以及拖运平台与起升平台的自动解脱,使得解脱与锁紧过程效率得到提高同时实现了解脱与锁紧机构的自动化,同时内联机构也具有良好的抵抗海况干扰的优点。
