The invention discloses an online monitoring system and an online monitoring method for deformation of a continuously welded rail. The system comprises a sensing optical fiber, a relay box, an optical fiber demodulator and an industrial personal computer. The sensing optical fiber is arranged at the rail waist of the steel rail to monitor the strain change of the steel rail in real time; the relay box is arranged at the rail bottom of the steel rail, is connected with the sensing optical fibers, and marks each sensing optical fiber measurement section; the optical fiber demodulator is connected with the sensing optical fiber through a jumper wire and collects monitoring data of the sensing optical fiber; and the industrial personal computer is connected with the optical fiber demodulator through a data transmission line to process and analyze monitoring data. The method comprises the following steps: calibrating each sensing optical fiber measurement section; carrying out equipment debugging on the seamless track steel rail deformation online monitoring system; calculating temperature variation according to the acquired Brillouin frequency data, eliminating temperature influence, calculating to obtain actual longitudinal deformation of the steel rail, and identifying abnormity of the steel rail. By monitoring the Brillouin frequency variation, the longitudinal deformation of the seamless steel rail is monitored.

    本发明公开了一种无缝线路钢轨变形在线监测系统和监测方法。系统包括传感光纤、中继盒、光纤解调仪和工控机;传感光纤设在钢轨的轨腰处,实时监测钢轨应变变化;中继盒安装在钢轨的轨底处,连接传感光纤,标记每个传感光纤测区段;光纤解调仪通过跳线连接传感光纤,采集传感光纤的监测数据;工控机通过数据传输线连接光纤解调仪,处理和分析监测数据。方法包括:对每个传感光纤测区段进行标定;对无缝线路钢轨变形在线监测系统进行设备调试;根据获取的布里渊频率数据计算温度变化量,剔除温度影响,计算得到钢轨的实际纵向变形量,识别钢轨异常。本发明通过对布里渊频率变化量的监测,实现了无缝钢轨纵向变形量的监测。
