The invention relates to the technical field of dual-motor hybrid vehicles, in particular to an engine control method and device of a dual-motor hybrid vehicle, a vehicle and a medium, and the method comprises the steps that the current starting stage of an engine of the dual-motor hybrid vehicle is recognized; the cylinder pressure of the engine is adjusted according to the current starting stage, and the cylinder pressure of the engine is gradually increased along with increasing of the current starting stage; and controlling the engine to start according to the cylinder pressure of the engine. Therefore, the problems that in the related technology, due to the fact that the combustion cylinder pressure of a dual-motor hybrid vehicle is difficult to control finely, starting vibration and abnormal sound are caused in the engine starting process, and the user experience feeling is poor are solved.
