And subsequently, preferentially evaluating whether the loss of the corresponding vehicle in the flat road section is abnormal or not based on the specific numerical representation state of the energy consumption parameter, if so, determining the characteristic interval of the corresponding vehicle based on the energy consumption parameter related to the flat road section, and subsequently evaluating the related numerical value of the uphill road section based on the change interval of the characteristic interval. According to the specific numerical evaluation result, the specific abnormal condition of the vehicle is determined, and signal display is carried out, so that related management personnel can carry out related management on the operating vehicle conveniently.
