The invention relates to an aircraft-level ground test system for a spacecraft suspension potential control device. The aircraft-level ground test system is composed of an anode cover half-surrounding a hollow cathode, a hollow cathode emitter, a spacecraft, an aircraft vacuum test cabin, a bias power supply and a potential control discharge loop cable. The anode cap simultaneously realizes suspension potential difference simulation and plasma diffusion suppression functions of an aircraft relative to a far-end space plasma environment, and the bias power supply provides suspension potential difference simulation and discharge current. An aircraft suspension potential control discharge loop is formed by the bias power supply, the anode cap, the hollow cathode emitter, the aircraft cabin and the bias power supply. According to the system, on the basis that the suspension potential active control function and the performance simulation test requirement are met, the problem that the safety of outboard equipment of an aircraft is affected due to the fact that plasma generated by working of a hollow cathode diffuses in a vacuum test cabin is solved, and aircraft-level ground test verification of a suspension potential control device of a certain large manned spacecraft is achieved.

    本发明一种空间飞行器悬浮电位控制装置飞行器级地面测试系统,该系统由对空心阴极半包围的阳极罩、空心阴极发射器、空间飞行器、飞行器真空试验舱、偏压电源及电位控制放电回路电缆构成。阳极罩同时实现飞行器相对远端空间等离子体环境的悬浮电位差模拟及等离子体扩散抑制功能,偏压电源提供悬浮电位差模拟和放电电流,从偏压电源——阳极罩——空心阴极发射器——飞行器舱体——偏压电源构成飞行器悬浮电位控制放电回路。该系统在满足悬浮电位主动控制功能和性能模拟测试需求基础上,解决了空心阴极工作产生的等离子体在真空试验舱内扩散影响飞行器舱外设备安全问题,实现了某大型载人航天器悬浮电位控制装置的飞行器级地面测试验证。
