The invention discloses a suspension type spacecraft micro-vibration ground test free boundary simulation device which comprises a spacecraft switching auxiliary arm, a suspension elastic assembly, a steel wire rope winding and unwinding device, a limiting protection assembly and a rigid supporting frame for suspension, and the suspension elastic assembly is connected with a spacecraft through the spacecraft switching auxiliary arm. The number of the spacecraft transfer auxiliary arms is at least three, the spacecraft transfer auxiliary arms are arranged on the outer side of a spacecraft, and the rigid supporting frame for suspension comprises a rigid foundation, a rigid vertical stand column, an inclined reinforcing column and a horizontal suspension top. According to the invention, the attitude-adjustable free boundary simulation device for the micro-vibration ground test of the suspension type spacecraft is established, so that the simulation of an on-orbit free boundary condition of the spacecraft in a ground dynamic test of the spacecraft is realized, and the technical level of the dynamic test of the spacecraft is improved; and the verification requirements of on-orbit dynamic characteristics and on-orbit micro-vibration environment tests in the development process of spacecrafts, especially high-precision earth observation spacecrafts, are met.

    本发明公开了一种悬吊式航天器微振动地面试验自由边界模拟装置,包括航天器转接辅助臂、悬吊弹性组件、钢丝绳收放装置、限位保护组件和悬吊用刚性支撑框架,所述悬吊弹性组件通过航天器转接辅助臂与航天器连接,所述航天器转接辅助臂设有至少三个,所述航天器转接辅助臂设置在航天器外侧,所述悬吊用刚性支撑框架包括刚性地基、刚性竖向立柱、斜向加固柱和水平悬吊顶。本发明中通过建立一种姿态可调的悬吊式航天器微振动地面试验自由边界模拟装置,实现航天器地面动力学试验中航天器在轨自由边界条件的模拟,提高航天器动力学试验技术水平,满足航天器特别是高精度对地观测航天器研制过程中在轨动力学特性和在轨微振动环境试验验证需求。
