The elevator comprises a rack, a transverse moving assembly, a lifting assembly, a cantilever assembly and a control assembly, the transverse moving assembly comprises a transverse moving frame and a transverse moving driving unit installed on the transverse moving frame, and the transverse moving driving unit is configured to drive the transverse moving frame to reciprocate in a moving space; the cantilever assembly comprises a connecting frame and a cantilever horizontally extending in the first direction, the end, close to the transverse moving frame, of the cantilever is connected with the connecting frame, and the connecting frame is arranged on the side, facing the surface of the extending opening, of the transverse moving frame and connected with the lifting assembly. The control assembly comprises a controller and a height detection piece, the height detection piece is arranged on the front side of the extending opening and electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is electrically connected with the transverse moving driving unit and the lifting assembly. On the basis of the structure, automatic alignment, loading and lifting operations of the goods are integrated, manual loading of the goods is not needed, and the problem that the goods cannot be loaded due to inaccurate alignment is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种提升机及其提升方法,包括机架、横移组件、提升组件、悬臂组件和控制组件,横移组件包括横移架和安装在横移架上的横移驱动单元,横移驱动单元配置为驱动横移架在移动空间内往复移动;悬臂组件包括连接架以及沿第一方向水平延伸的悬臂,悬臂靠近横移架的一端与连接架相连,连接架设于横移架朝向所述伸出口的表面的一侧,并与提升组件相连;控制组件包括控制器和高度检测件,高度检测件设于伸出口的前侧,且高度检测件与控制器电连接,控制器与横移驱动单元和提升组件电连接。基于上述结构,集成了对货物的自动对位、装入以及提升的操作,无需人工手动装入货物,避免了因对位不准而无法装入货物的问题。
