The embodiment of the invention discloses an electric reverse thrust actuation control system and a control method thereof. An output shaft of a power driving device in the system is connected with two actuation devices through an anti-torque flexible shaft; each set of actuating device comprises at least two sets of actuating mechanisms which are connected through an anti-torsion flexible shaft, at least one set of actuating mechanisms is an actuating mechanism with a lock, and the other sets of actuating mechanisms with a lock or without a lock; wherein the actuating mechanism with the lock comprises a lead screw actuator, a main lock mounted on the lead screw actuator, and a main lock proximity switch sensor connected with the main lock; when the main lock is in an unlocking state, the lead screw actuator is driven by the anti-torsion flexible shaft; the lock-free actuating mechanism comprises a lead screw actuator and a position sensor which are connected with each other, and the lead screw actuators in the actuating mechanisms are connected with each other through an anti-torsion flexible shaft; and each position sensor and the main lock proximity switch sensor in each actuating device are respectively and electrically connected to the reverse thrust electronic controller and are used for feeding back sensor signals to the reverse thrust electronic controller. The hydraulic reverse thrust actuating system solves the problems that an existing hydraulic reverse thrust actuating system comprises various hydraulic pipelines, hydraulic actuators, hydraulic connectors and valves, so that the system is inconvenient to maintain, complex in structure, low in efficiency, prone to leakage and high in failure rate.

    本发明实施例公开了一种电动反推作动控制系统及其控制方法,该系统中功率驱动装置的输出轴通过抗扭软轴分别与两套作动装置连接;每套作动装置中分别包括通过抗扭软轴相连接的至少2套作动机构,其中至少1套为带锁作动机构,其他为带锁或无锁作动机构;其中,所述带锁作动机构中包括丝杠作动器、安装在丝杠作动器上的主锁、与主锁连接的和主锁接近开关传感器;所述主锁在解锁状态下,通过抗扭软轴驱动丝杠作动器;无锁作动机构中包括相连接的丝杠作动器和位置传感器,且各作动机构中的丝杠作动器通过抗扭软轴相连接;每套作动装置中的各位置传感器和主锁接近开关传感器分别电连接到反推电子控制器,用于向反推电子控制器反馈传感器信号。本发明解决了现有液压反推力作动系统中,由于包含各种液压管路、液压作动器、液压接头和阀门,从而导致系统维护不便、结构复杂、效率低、易泄漏、故障率高的问题。
