The invention discloses an electric engineering machinery storage battery self-charging system and a control method. Comprising a TBOX and a VCU, and the TBOX is in communication connection with the VCU; the VCU is in communication connection with a BMS, a PDU and a DCDC; the BMS is in communication connection with the power battery; the PDU is electrically connected with the DCDC and the power battery respectively; the DCDC is electrically connected with a storage battery, and the storage battery is electrically connected with the TBOX; the TBOX periodically performs polling awakening and detects the power supply voltage of the storage battery, detected power supply voltage data are compared with a set threshold value, when the detected power supply voltage data are smaller than the set threshold value, the TBOX sends a signal to the VUC, and the VCU charges the storage battery after receiving the signal. According to the scheme, the logic is simple and direct, the problems that the original judgment process is too complicated and the power shortage state of the storage battery cannot be effectively judged can be preferentially solved, and the power shortage of the storage battery can be timely and effectively supplemented.

    本发明的一种电动工程机械蓄电池自补电系统及控制方法。包括TBOX和VCU,TBOX与VCU通讯连接;VCU分别通讯连接有BMS、PDU和DCDC;BMS通讯连接动力电池;PDU分别与DCDC和动力电池电连接;DCDC电连接有蓄电池,蓄电池与TBOX电连接;TBOX定期轮询唤醒并对蓄电池的供电电压进行检测,并将检测的供电电压数据与设定阈值进行比对,当检测的供电电压数据小于设定阈值时,TBOX发送信号给VUC,VCU接收信号后对蓄电池进行补电。该方案逻辑简单直接,能优先的解决原有的判断流程过于复杂,不能有效的判断蓄电池的亏电状态的问题,能够对蓄电池缺电进行及时有效的补电。
