The device comprises a locomotive, a hydraulic power station and a lifting frame, the hydraulic power station and the lifting frame are mounted on the locomotive, a rotating frame and a locking frame are sequentially mounted on the lifting frame, the rotating frame is rotationally connected with the lifting frame through a rotary table, the rotary table drives the rotating frame to rotate on the lifting frame, and the locking frame is connected with the rotating frame through a translation sliding table. The translation sliding table drives the locking frame to perform translation movement, and the locking frame is used for locking and fixing the cross beam; according to the cross beam loading method, after a cross beam is transported to an installation site, installation of the cross beam is achieved through cooperation of existing crane equipment and a cross beam loading machine. Compared with an existing mode of installing the cross beam through crane fishing, the problem that the space above the cross beam and the space of a plant ceiling are limited is solved, meanwhile, installation safety and reliability are improved, and the problems of crane overturning, hung object falling and collision between a crane and other structures possibly occurring when the cross beam is installed through crane fishing are avoided. And meanwhile, the mounting precision and efficiency are improved.

    本发明提供一种横梁装载机,涉及装载机技术领域。其包括机车以及安装在机车上的液压动力站和升降架,升降架上依次安装有旋转架和锁紧架,旋转架通过回转台与升降架旋转连接,回转台驱动旋转架在升降架上旋转,锁紧架通过平移滑台与旋转架连接,平移滑台驱动锁紧架进行平移移动,锁紧架用于横梁的锁紧固定;一种横梁装载方法,横梁运输到安装现场后,使用现有的吊车设备和横梁装载机配合实现横梁的安装。相比于现有的吊车垂钓安装横梁的方式,解决了横梁上方与厂房顶棚空间受限的问题,同时提高了安装的安全性和可靠性,避免了吊车垂钓安装横梁可能发生的吊车倾覆、吊物坠落、吊机与其他结构碰撞的问题发生;同时提高了安装的精度和效率。
