The invention provides a loader power-on control method and a loader, and relates to the technical field of engineering machineries, and the method comprises the steps: responding to a power-on instruction of the loader; according to the power-on instruction of the loader, controlling a low-voltage device of the loader to carry out low-voltage power-on; and through a controller, detecting whetherlow-voltage power-on of the low-voltage device of the loader is completed or not, and after low-voltage power-on of the low-voltage device of the loader is completed, the controller starting to control a high-voltage device of the loader to conduct high-voltage power-on. By means of the low-voltage-first and high-voltage-second power-on mode, the power-on stability and safety of the electric control loader can be effectively improved.

    本发明提供一种装载机上电控制方法和装载机,涉及工程机械技术领域,方法包括:响应装载机的上电指令;根据装载机的上电指令,控制装载机的低压装置进行低压上电;控制器检测装载机低压装置的低压上电是否完成,在装载机的低压装置完成低压上电后,控制器开始控制装载机高压装置进行高压上电。通过先低压后高压的上电方式,可以有效的提高电控装载机上电的稳定性和安全性。
