A fourth pulley assembly is arranged at the end of the piston rod, and a fifth pulley assembly is arranged above the lifting oil cylinder. The rope winder is provided with a rope, and the free end of the rope sequentially penetrates through the first pulley assembly, the second pulley assembly, the third pulley assembly, the fourth pulley assembly and the fifth pulley assembly and is connected with the air bag.
