The shaking control method of the vehicle comprises the steps that the current motor rotating speed, the current motor torque, the current target torque and pre-adjustment parameters of the vehicle and historical data before the vehicle is in a shaking state are obtained; the historical data at least comprises a brake pedal opening change rate, an accelerator pedal opening change rate, a motor rotating speed, a motor torque and a motor target torque; according to the current motor rotating speed, the current motor torque, the current target torque and historical data, whether the vehicle is in a pre-jittering state or not is judged; if yes, according to the current motor rotating speed and the mapping relation between the rotating speed and the minimum response torque, the minimum response torque corresponding to the current motor rotating speed serves as the first adjusting torque; and according to the historical data, the first adjustment torque and the pre-adjustment parameter, a torque adjustment curve is determined, and after the vehicle is controlled to run according to the torque adjustment curve, the vehicle is controlled to run according to the current target torque.
